At Promise Epoxy, we want to ensure your projects are successful; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and details about the product you would like to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused epoxy resins or accessories in their original packaging to ensure they are not damaged or leaked during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
