How long does it take for Promise Epoxy to cure?
Most of our standard casting and tabletop resins reach a tack-free state within 24 hours and fully cure to maximum hardness within 72 hours, depending on ambient temperature and humidity.
What is your return policy for opened products?
To ensure product integrity, we can only accept returns on unopened and factory-sealed bottles within 30 days of purchase. Please contact our support team to initiate a return authorization.
Does your epoxy resin resist yellowing over time?
Yes, Promise Epoxy is formulated with advanced UV inhibitors and HALS (Hindered Amine Light Stabilizers) to protect against yellowing caused by sunlight and UV exposure.
How much resin do I need for my project?
Coverage depends on the surface area and desired thickness. Generally, one gallon of our Table Top Epoxy covers approximately 16-20 square feet at a 1/16-inch thickness.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the contiguous United States and Canada. Shipping rates and delivery times for international orders are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Is Promise Epoxy food-safe?
Once fully cured, our epoxy is VOC-free and inert, making it suitable for incidental food contact, such as on charcuterie boards or countertops. It is not recommended for direct high-heat applications.
